PLEASE contact your Senator and ask them to STOP Ricky’s law (House Bill 1713) in the Senate until Rachel’s Law (House Bill 2958) is given a fair public hearing! Ricky’s Law will cost $57 million over the next 6 years and cost lives. Rachel’s Law empowers parents to control their minor childrens substance abuse treatment and keeps the courts out of the process. It costs next to nothing and could begin saving children’s lives immediately.

He is Chairman of the Senate Ways and Means Committee. Explain your reasons for supporting Rachel’s Law and tell your Senator not to play partisan politics with our children’s lives.
